Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hamare current products low-ticket digital downloads hain. Instant access ke baad change-of-mind refund generally available nahi hai, lekin genuine payment/delivery problems ko hum resolve karenge.
1. General rule
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately and cannot practically be returned like a physical item, purchases are generally non-refundable once access/download has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or one of the genuine issue categories below applies.
2. Issues we will review

| Payment successful but product not delivered | We first resend/restore access. If the purchased product cannot be delivered after verification, a refund may be issued. |
| Wrong or materially corrupted file | We provide the correct/working file. If we cannot correct the issue, a refund may be issued. |
| Change of mind after access/download | Generally not eligible for current low-ticket downloadable products, subject to applicable law. |
| Expected income/result not achieved | Not a refund basis because products are educational and no result is guaranteed. |
3. How to request a review
Contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction for a payment, delivery or file issue. Send your name, checkout email, product name, payment date, amount, transaction/payment ID and explanation to support@asthakur.com.
4. Processing
If a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method. After initiation, the banking/payment network may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect the credit, though actual timing can vary.
5. Cancellation
For an instant digital download, cancellation is generally not possible after successful payment and delivery/access.
6. Future higher-ticket products
Future courses, services or programs may have a separate guarantee, cancellation window or refund rule appropriate to that offer. Those terms will be shown clearly before payment.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
